This lot from Kenya's Kirinyaga , processed at the Getuya Coffee Factory, established in 1964 and operated by the Mwirua Farmers Cooperative Society, showcases the work of 900 contributing producers. Each farm, about a fifth of a hectare, benefits from the region's soil and rivers. This coffee features the Kenyan varieties of Batian, SL28, SL34, and Ruiru 11 and heros notes of stonefruit, lime and caramel.
