Sourced from the Kayon Mountain Farm in Ethiopia's Guji zone, this natural coffee represents the work of Ismael Hassen Aredo and his family, who have owned and operated the land since 2012. This single-origin coffee features Heirloom Ethiopian varieties, naturally processed and grown at an altitude of 1900–2200 MASL. The result is a cup with notes of ripe peach, orange and balanced with dark chocolate.
