Taste the flavours of Bookkisa coffee, crafted by Ture Waji in Ethiopia. Grown at high elevations of 2,000 to 2,150 meters, this coffee features the Gibirinna 74110 and Serto 74112 varieties. Using a natural process, Bookkisa delivers vibrant and clean flavors with notes of fresh blueberries, flowers, and dark chocolate. All cherries are organically produced and delivered to Sawana, where about 30 smallholder farmers collaborate to create this coffee.
