Los Cedros and Finca La Quebrada San Juan, nestled in the Brunca region of Costa Rica, are the pride of the Alvarado Family. Grown at 1,700-2,000 MASL, their Catuai variety thrives under the high altitudes and care put into every harvest. Rested and washed, this coffee offers a sweet balance of red apple with notes of milk chocolate and hazelnut. With harvests running from November to March, the Alvarado Family’s dedication has allowed them to gradually grow and share their coffee.
