From the high-altitude slopes of the Eastern Cordillera, Betania farm produces this washed coffee. At 1950 masl in Villa Rica, Garzón, Huila, Roman Rodriguez, alongside his youngest son Luis, creates a cup with notes of nectarine, caramel and chamomile, highlighting the Amarillo variety. Roman, the patriarch of the Rodriguez family, has built a legacy of quality coffee, now continued through meticulous processing led by Luis.
