From La Muralla in Southern Huila, this Pink Bourbon is produced by Liliana Burbano, who has dedicated 15 years of coffee production on her family’s farm, Finca El Nogal. These cherries are hand-picked and undergo 12 hours of intact fermentation, 40 hours of tank fermentation after depulping, and two weeks of drying on raised beds in a parabolic greenhouse. The cup highlights notes of stonefruit, vanilla, and black tea.
