Right from the outset, green suppliers pinpointed Munyinya hill as a source of potential, believing it could yield some of Burundi's finest microlots. Located near the Bukeye commune, this hill's coffee is processed with care at the Bukeye Washing Station. Powering this operation are 113 dedicated employees, many from the very coffee hills that surround them. The result of their combined efforts is this Washed Bourbon, highlighting notes of green grapes, red apples and honey.
