At Sitio Forno Grande, you'll find coffee grown by the Schiavo family, who bring four generations of experience over the last 16 years. Located in Castelo, Espirito Santo, their farm benefits from elevations between 1000 and 1250. These washed red and yellow Catuaí varieties create a cup highlighting notes of nougat, cacao and dates.
