Grown by the Rodriguez family at the high-altitude Las Alasitas farm in Bolivia, this washed Caturra lot is a refined expression of its unique Andean terroir. At 1,500 metres above sea level, the cool mountain air allows the cherries to mature slowly, resulting in a crisp and beautifully structured filter. The cup leads with the vibrant acidity of green apple and juicy plum, rounded out by a smooth, lingering finish of milk chocolate.
